1. TRANSPORT SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS

Our delivery services are strictly local within Bogotá and its surrounding areas, safely transported by car to ensure that our floral designs arrive in optimal condition.

2. COVERAGE ZONES AND LIMITATIONS

We cover both the north and south of the city, with certain limitations or restrictions in specific localities or areas such as Ciudad Bolívar, Usme, Suba, and surrounding municipalities or areas like La Calera, where we do not operate regular coverage.

3. SCHEDULES AND DISPATCH HOURS

• Delivery hours: Dispatches begin at 8:00 a.m. without commitment to an exact delivery time, taking place progressively throughout the day.
• Saturdays: Delivery availability is limited strictly to the morning hours until noon (12:00 p.m.).
• Sundays and Holidays: There is no delivery service on Sundays; however, we operate normally on public holidays.

4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates depend on the destination address and are calculated using an automated system based on distance and current vehicular traffic in the city.
