1. DURABILITY AND CARE OF OUR DESIGNS

Our floral designs are composed of living elements (fresh flowers and foliage from various origins) that respond differently to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and lighting of the location where they are placed. Even when following the tips in our care guide, these external factors or original characteristics of the flowers may unexpectedly influence their behavior and evolution. Therefore, Mariano Agencia Floral S.A.S. is not responsible for the individual final lifespan of each flower once delivered.

2. DESIGNS AND REFERENCE IMAGES

Our designs presented in the digital catalog are for reference purposes only. Flowers or shades may vary slightly from the reference image due to availability, without affecting the overall shape, essence, or quality of the original design.

Additionally, some elements shown in photographs serve a strictly decorative purpose and are not included in the final shipment (for example, candles).

3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND ZONES

Our delivery services are strictly local within Bogotá and its surrounding areas, safely transported by car.

Coverage zones and limitations: We cover both the north and south of the city, with certain limitations or restrictions in specific localities or areas such as Ciudad Bolívar, Usme, Suba, and surrounding municipalities or areas such as La Calera, where we do not operate regular coverage.
Delivery hours: Dispatches are carried out starting at 8:00 a.m. without commitment to an exact time, taking place throughout the day.
Saturdays: Delivery availability is limited exclusively to the morning hours until noon.
Sundays: There is no delivery service on Sundays (holidays operate normally).
Delivery rates: Shipping rates vary according to the destination address and are calculated based on distance and vehicular traffic.

4. SPECIAL DESIGNS

If you wish to request a design that is not part of our standard catalog (such as wedding bouquets, larger volume compositions, event floristry, or special add-ons), you can contact us via WhatsApp for personalized assistance.
